That's what we called LIFE: Love is in the air

Now is my turn to tell everybody how I met my husband...perasan tak yg aku akan rajin update my blog when I'm away from home...ye la...nak buat apa lagi, Hadif bukannye ada nak kacau, internet pun always available.....

Emmm... I met Yusry when we were both kerja kilang...tapi kitorang bukan lah operator kilang masa tu tau... I was a QA Engineer ( the job that I most hated!) and Yusry was an IT Analyst..He already worked there for more than 3 years, while I just came back from Sydney...Petronas tak panggil report duty lagi time tu, so aku just try my luck kat kilang depan rumah...maklumla aku tinggal kat Senawang, 5 minutes away from my house, melambak kilang... so sajer jer la try... dapat lak tu!

First day lagi aku dah saw this Chinese-look, tall guy...and terus terasa suka! Hehehe... Kalau org cakap pasal Cinta Pandang Pertama tu...wow! it really happened to me....tapi masa tu aku dah ada boyfriend since belajar kat Sydney dulu...but he worked in Pasir Gudang masa tu...and we both never been apart, so being far from him was quite tough...and to make things worst, I heard from his bestfriend that he was seeing another girl behind my back. Emmm....I didn't take this as a sad news, but an OPPORTUNITY for me......

So, aku yg tak pernah approach a guy yg I like before( hehehe...biasa la...girl always being shy and nak jaga pride konon...tunggu jer la and hoping that the guy likes us too). But not this time! I'm tired being with a guy that liked me first...and I have to learn to like him back....

Senang citer....aku yg made the first move, because...'externally' or physically, he has the quality of a guy yang aku suka... Frankly, it was TOUGH! Sebab Yusry ni is very selective...dia taknak end up dgn perempuan tak elok katanye... dah la aku baru balik dari oversea, rambut pun kaler perang...mana dia nak....dia nak perempuan bertudung rupanye....

Tapi surprisingly I was very patient layan dia punye resistance towards me... ( ye la, aku pun ada my own pride kan...sbb at the same time, ada 3 guys were trying to win my heart...hehehe..hot stuff jugak aku zaman muda2 dulu, ni belom citer lagi zaman kat sekolah...oppss...Yusry sure marah bila baca line ni...jeles la tu)

Almost a month I was trying consistently to get to know him (dude...he is very tough to handle!!) but after I almost gave up, he started to show good reaction...nasib baik aku tak surrender seminggu lebih awal....hehehe....and he finally asked me out....and 3 weeks later, we got engaged, and in 4 months, we got married on 20.05.2005.

Tapi yg kelakarnye...tahu la kerja kat kilang...ramai betul minah kepoh...masa tu pulak ada org gossip aku dgn this one engineer (pandai2 jer...ish...taknak aku dgn that guy) and Yusry pun kena gossip jugak dgn this one girl...(sebenarnye this girl yg syok sendiri) tapi bila people started to see Yusry selalu datang tempat aku ( masa tu pun kitorang dah engaged pun, org kat kilang jer yg tak tahu) ... kelakar sangat bila dgr org cakap2 pasal kitorang....and when the cards were being distributed...terkejut semua org .. sampai ke boss punye level terkejut....tu la culture di kilang...

That's how we met...jodoh agaknye...because when I look back, I never imagine that I could be so brave to approach a guy...pastu a guy yg betul2 jual mahal lak tu...tapi my hard work has been paid off with my happy marriage... Kalau la aku tak made the first move, I'm sure my life won't be happier...

But all in all...I'm very proud to tell the world that I made the first move...which kind of weird dalam org melayu punye culture especially.... sbb girls out there...if you try to chase a guy yg you really like, you'll end up to appreciate the guy more!! Trust me especially for those who are still single...jgn tunggu bintang jatuh dari langit...you have to kejar the bintang, and you'll be happy for the rest of your life....
